Troy Plowman Benefit Saturday evening, October 2, at the Adair Fire Station. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Silent auction from 4:30-7 p.m. A roast beef meal will be served from 5-7 p.m. with carry-outs available. Live auction will begin at 7:15. Troy was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in May of this year. He has been undergoing chemo treatments since then, and he most recently has been submitting to testing in order to receive a stem cell transplant the first part of October. The purpose of the benefit is to help cover excess medical and transportation costs.
