The seventh annual Toddler Festival, hosted by the Dallas County Library Association and 4 R Kids ECI, is on Saturday, May 2nd from 10:00 am to Noon in the agriculture building at the Dallas County Fairgrounds. We’ll have two hours of free activities dedicated to toddlers and their caregivers and each child will receive a free book just for attending the festival!
