Spooktacular and Trick or Treat Night in downtown Perry will be Thursday, October 31st from 4 pm to 6 pm. Streets will be closed to motor traffic on 2nd Street between Willis Avenue and Pattee Street. Businesses and organizations – not just those located downtown – are also encouraged to participate.
