The Pony Express Rider Ride Weekend, taking place
April 18–19.

Riders will be passing through the square in Jefferson on Friday, April 18th, between
3:00 and 4:00 PM. We encourage the community to come out and welcome the
riders as they continue their mission supporting Camp Sunnyside. They will
be camping overnight at the Greene County Fairgrounds and will depart Saturday morning
(April 19th) at 7:00 AM, with the first hoof hitting the ground at that
time.

We ask all motorists and community members to please be alert, cautious,
and respectful of the riders on the road. Please pass wide, slow, and with
care as they make their way through the area.
