Perry- The Perry Volunteer Fire Department will be conducting a Controlled Burn on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 1724 2nd St in Perry.

The fire department will be performing a controlled burning of a large pile of housing. This burn will provide an opportunity for firefighters to train during a controlled event, so they are prepared for
emergency situations.

The fire will not harm surrounding properties, and while smoke and flames may be seen by the public, there is no need to call 911.
