The Guthrie County Arts Council will have a fundraiser on February 10th.  All profist will benefit the chad Elliott Mural.  A wine and chocolate tasting will begin at 5 pm at Art on State in Guthrie Center.  at 6 pm Doinner will be catered by Cabbage Rose at the Guthrie Center Activity Center and following the dinner a country music concert featuring Jesse and the Medicine Men will be at the Guthrie Center Activity Center.  Tickets may be purchased for 40 at Art on State in Guthrie Center.
