Greene County Farm Leasing Meeting

The Greene County Farm Leasing Meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 31 at 9:00 a.m. at the ISU Extension and Outreach Office in Jefferson. Topics discussed include:

  • Current cash rental and land value survey results
  • Methods for determining fair rents for 2020
  • Farm Bill update
  • Legal aspects of farmland leases, including strategies for writing and terminating a farm lease
  • Tennant/Landlord Communications
  • ISU Extension web-based and other resources

Registration is $20 per person and $30 dollars per couple
