The Greene County Cattlemen will host their annual banquet on Friday, February 22nd at the Greene County Fairgrounds’ Clover Hall in Jefferson.  Social hour begins at 6 pm.  A rib-eye steak dinner will be served starting at 6:30 pm.  Following the meal, the trophy auction will be held along with the awarding of numerous door prizes.  Tickets may be purchased at the Greene County Extension Office or from any director.  Tickets will also be available that evening at the door.  The public is welcome to attend.  The Banquet has been moved up one day due the the weather forecast.
