Churdan 2.0 is having  a fundraiser lunch from 11-1 during Churdan Day on June 18th. The lunch will be served from the park shelter house. Pork burgers, side dishes, dessert, and a water will be served. There is a minimum charge of $6.00 per meal. All proceeds will go to Churdan 2.0.
Churdan 2.0 is a non-profit group with two main efforts. Donations are used  to take down abandoned homes in Churdan with the hope of repurposing the lots. The group also has plans to use donations for an Iowa Officer Down Memorial pavilion in Churdan. The pavilion will honor all of the LEO’s in Iowa who have been killed in the line of duty.
