The Guthrie County Arts Council presents Chad Elliott in concert on Sunday, August 21st at 3 pm at the Guthrie Center Activity Center. A Free-will donation will be accepted to fund the creation of a downtown mural by Chad Elliott as commissioned by the Guthrie County Arts Council. This is a family friendly event with food and a silent auction.
