Free sports physcials will be held at the Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson on July 12th and July 20th both from 3 to 6 pm. There is no charge and no appointment needed, You will just need to bring their sports physical paperwork and parental consent. Questions can be directed to 515-386-0500
