Guthrie County Arts Council Presents Chad Elliott. A family friendly concert event. There will also be food and a silent auction. It’ll be August 21st at 3pm at the Guthrie Center Activity Center. Free will donations will be accepted to fund the creation of a downtown mural by Chad Elliott as commissioned by the Guthrie County Arts Council.
