The 11th annual AHeinz57 Ruff Ride will take place on Saturday, August 24th, beginning at 10 am in Adel. Ruff Ride is a charity motorcycle ride to benefit homeless and death row pets. You can also “ride along” without a motorcycle by registering to ride the Urge Party Bus. There will be great prizes, fun games and a BBQ dinner catered by Jethros and live music at the end of the ride from the band Abby Normal. The ride begins and ends in Adel. The public is also invited to the live show by Abby Normal, which is from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm with a $5.00 cover at the Adel Stage and Pavilion. All money collected helps AHeinz57 save the lives of homeless, abused and injured pets throughout Iowa.
