An Anita woman is dead after a single vehicle rollover accident Friday night in Adair County.

The Iowa State Patrol reports that 32-year-old Jaime Lynn Mauldin was traveling southbound on Nevada Ave, just north of 320th Avenue, just before 8 p.m., when she lost control of her 1995 Ford F150 pickup truck on the gravel road and rolled her vehicle into the east ditch. Mauldin was pronounced dead at the scene. She was not wearing her seatbelt.
