The new Teen Outreach Program with the Greene County School District ended its first year with a special project.

Students at the Greene County Alternative School made hygiene kits for homeless individuals and families in the county. Other ventures for the program include fundraising opportunities with the Health II students and community service projects by visiting with the residents at Long Term Care.

TOP was made possible through a four-year grant with the Iowa Department of Public Health. New Opportunities and Greene County School District teamed up to provide another educational opportunity for students.
