Funeral services for Kevin West, 56, of Elgin, and formerly of Panora, will be Monday at 2 pm at the Twigg Funeral Home in Panora.  Burial will be in the Richland Township Cemetery near Bagley.  Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Survivors include:  Children, Jesse West of Guthrie Center, Christi Wearmouth of Panora and Tristan West of Panora.  4 grandchildren.  Mother and step-father, Ardola and Ron Maser of Oelwein.  Sisters, Scherry Stuart of Elgin and Karen Fowler of Kansas.  Brothers, David West of Elgin and Kyle West of Las Vegas, Nevada.
