It’s the first day of the 2016 State Track and Field Championships and Perry will be represented in five different events.  Reece Dunlap will compete in both the 100 and 200 meter dash in the Class 3A competition.  Dunlap will run the 100 at 11 am and come back and race in the 200 at 1:10 pm.  The Perry 4×800 will compete at 12:20 today.  Jacob Thompson, Kaleb Olejniczak, Zach Thompson and Alex Long will represent the Bluejays.  Adan Medina will run in the open 400 at 1:50 today.

The Jayettes will be represented by Emma Olejniczak in the 400 meter dash at 1:30 pm.
