Several area agencies responded to a three-vehicle accident Saturday morning at the intersection of Highway 141 and Willis Avenue in Perry.
The Perry Police Department reports that just before noon, a Dodge Ram driven by Adam Wittrock was traveling west on Highway 141 when it struck a Chevy Cruze, driven by Sadee Strough, that turned in front of him. A Ford F250, driven by James Nelson, was at the stop sign at Willis Avenue when his vehicle was struck by the Ram.
Officer Josh Sparks tells Raccoon Valley Radio that three individuals were transported by ambulance to area hospitals, with at least one having serious injuries.
The amount of damage to all three vehicles is estimated at $15,000.
The Perry Police Department was assisted by Perry First Responders, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Dallas County EMS and Perry Volunteer Fire Department.
