De Qnna Payne of Perry was traveling in the 26000 block of Highway 141 when she struck a jersey barrier in a construction zone, bounced off the barrier striking the bridge wall.  Payne was cited for failure to provide financial liability.

Alvin Myles Jr., age 51 of 1733 SW 32 St., Ankeny was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.
