A deputy, while on routine patrol, checked an abandoned vehicle on Highway 30 near Pioneer Avenue. The car was placed on the 24 hour removal timeline.

A deputy was asked to check the welfare of the driver of a vehicle that was parked off the roadway on 230th Street near J Avenue. The deputy determined the driver had pulled off the road to rest and sleep.

A deputy was dispatched to Grand Junction for the report of two 4 wheel ATV’s being ridden on the roadway. The deputy spoke with several individuals but did not locate the described ATV.

A deputy was advised of a vehicle with a female subject standing up through the sunroof as she was being driven around Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
