A Grand Junction man pled guilty to a harassment charge.

According court documents, 37 year-old Richard Dean Tuhn pled guilty to a simple misdemeanor for third degree harassment.

The charge stems from January 11th when law enforcement received reports that Tuhn made multiple harassing phone calls to a female. He was ordered to pay a $65 fine plus court costs and 35 percent criminal surcharge.

Tuhn was also charged with a misdemeanor for violating a no contact order against the same female he was harassing, but that charge was dropped.
