Last week’s inclement weather led to many cancelled track meets around the region, including both of the ones the Guthrie Center boys squad was set to compete in, at Panorama and at home for a meet hosted by Coon Rapids-Bayard. Head coach Colin Shawgo says his team didn’t mind getting in some extra practice. “Instead of those two meets, we were able to get in a couple of good workouts, getting them in better shape and getting them faster.”
