A Menlo man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on an outstanding Audubon County warrant.

The Audubon County Sheriff’s office and Stuart Police Department teamed up to arrest 32-year-old Patrick Lawrence Nolte on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, a Class C felony.

The  Sheriff’s office says the charge stems from an incident that occurred in the 2300 block of 210th Street on June, 25th 2015.

Nolte was released following an appearance before the magistrate.
