Windy conditions and the threat of rain were enough to postpone high school golf and track and field meets that the Greene County teams were to have participated in on Tuesday. The Rams were to have hosted Gilbert in a girls’ golf meet at The Hill west of Grand Junction, but that was called off early Tuesday afternoon. Both the girls and boys from Greene County were to have been in Panora for a coed track and field meet, but that was also postponed.

The Greene County golf teams are both scheduled to play tomorrow. The girls are set to host Perry and Des Moines Christian at The Hill at 4 p.m. The Greene County boys are scheduled to play golf tomorrow at the Perry Country Club at 4 p.m. vs. the same two schools.

The Rams don’t have any track & field meets scheduled the rest of this week.
