Funeral services for Sara Ann Williams, 63, of Paducah, Kentucky and formerly of Lake City, will be Saturday at 11 am at the Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City.  A private family burial will be held at the Lake City Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday from 9 am until the time of the service.  Survivors include:  Mother, Audrey Williams of Lake City.  Brother, Scott Williams of Iowa City and sister, Salley Winter of Lake City.
