A deputy was present for a court ordered exchange of property at a residence in the 900 block of X Avenue. The male subject collected his personal property and left without incident.

A deputy assisted the Department of Human Services with the check of a residence in the 300 block of Howard Street in Rippey.

A deputy was advised of three dogs running at large in the 1600 block of Quaker Avenue.

The Chief Deputy Sheriff was present during for an eviction procedure in the 200 block of North Oak Street in Jefferson. Joseph Thomas Romeo 46, of that address, was subsequently arrested by the deputy for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.

A deputy responded to a two vehicle accident on Highway 141 near Bagley, in Guthrie County, involving a Guthrie County Deputy.

A deputy removed debris from the Highway 4 overpass in Jefferson.

A deputy spoke with a rural Greene County resident about an illegal hunting concern.

A deputy was asked to check the welfare of a female and small child walking on Main Street in Grand Junction. The two were not in the area upon the deputy’s arrival.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
