The Perry Jayette basketball team will travel to Boone tonight to take on the Toreadors in the second round of district play. Boone earned a bye in the first round of district play, while the Jayettes are fresh off a decisive 71-35 win over Carroll, and will look to pull the upset of the #13 team in class 4A (according to the IGHSAU). Perry enters tonight’s game with a mark of 9-13 (5-10), while Boone sits at 17-4 (12-2). The Toreadors defeated Perry twice this season, by the score of 60-30 in the first match-up and 47-21 in their regular season finale.

Pregame coverage of tonight’s contest will begin at 6:45 pm, with tip-off at 7 pm on 99.7 fm and 1310 am KDLS.
