Guthrie County Sheriff Marty Arganbright tells Raccoon Valley Radio that area road conditions are hazardous after more snow fell over the region Tuesday night.
Arganbright says high winds are causing blowing snow and drifts to form, blocking some rural roads.
The Iowa Department of Transportation reports that all state highways in Guthrie County, plus Interstate 80 are covered with snow and affected by blowing snow and whiteout conditions.
