An unstoppable force vs. an unmovable object. That is just one of the many phrases used to describe the upcoming match up between the Lady Tigers and the Lady Bombers this Friday.

The stellar Lady Tiger defense sits near the top of the Raccoon River Conference in turnovers created this year and they have gotten to that point by sticking to their strengths of speed, quickness, and unmatched hustle. ADM’s great defensive play has also put them 4th in the conference in total points allowed. The Lady Tigers have done a great job at letting their defensive play positively impact their offensive play and vice versa.

This ADM Tiger defense will certainly have a tough challenge as they face a Ballard offense with the second leading scorer in the Raccoon River Conference in the likes of senior Gabie Doud who averages over 17 points per game. When you combine that with a very well balanced offense, it’s no wonder Ballard sits at the top of the conference without a single conference loss on the season.

It certainly is that well balanced offensive attack that will be one of the main focuses for girls head basketball coach Corey Schneider as he prepares for Friday’s game.

The ADM defense and offense will be up for the challenge in round two against the Bombers. Game tip off is scheduled for 6:00 pm with pregame coverage right here on your home for ADM Tiger basketball, K107.9FM and online at raccoonvalleyradio.com
