Nicolas Shane Hughes, age 23 of 123 S 5th St., Winterset was arrested at 700 Ashworth Rd., for driving while barred.
Zachary Allen Armstrong, age 30 of 808 Warford St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and failure to appear-original charges of OWI, assault on persons in certain occupations and public intoxication.
Matthew James Kilts, age 35 of 2014 Warford, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of harassment and criminal mischief.
