As the ADM wrestling team gets prepared to take on conference rivals Bondurant-Farrar and Carroll in a triangular tonight, head coach Justin Schmauss will look towards the biggest consistent factor to their 2015-16 season: their senior leadership.

The Tiger wrestling squad boasts one of the most experienced teams in the conference as evidence by their turn around from 10 dual wins in each of the past three seasons, to 10 duals wins in just half of a season this year. Coach Schmauss is really proud of his senior leadership and the outcome it’s had on the team.

“We have some solid guys from the past last year. Having them in the room and being able to mentor other wrestlers that are coming up means I don’t always have to demonstrate technique. I can just pull one of the upperclassmen and ask them to show everybody what’s been working for them. It helps a lot having those kind of role models on your team,” explained coach Schmauss.

The Tigers are set to square off against Bondurant-Farrar and Carroll in Bondurant tonight starting at 5:30 pm.
