When the Guthrie Center Tigers boys basketball team met Ogden earlier this season, the Bulldogs were victorious in Ogden by a score of 64-35. Tigers head coach Jake Mohling says if his team is able to drastically reduce turnovers, they could beat Ogden. “I keep telling the boys, if we limit the turnovers and limit the transition, then we don’t lose any game by more than 15, except maybe Des Moines Christian. But if we limit turnovers, that brings the score 10-15 points right there. Teams may get us to turn the ball over and then they’re executing on the other end. If we can limit that, we’ll be in a much better position.”
