The Guthrie County Sheriff’s office has arrested three individuals on theft and burglary charges. 34 year-old Justin Parker, of Adair, 35 year-old Ian Patterson, of Stuart, and 24 year-old Joshua Subbert, of Stuart, all face charges of 3rd Degree Burglary and 5th Degree Theft in connection to a home break-in on Walnut Trail last month.

Parker and Patterson have been released and are awaiting trial and Subbert remains in the Guthrie County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
