A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of Walnut Street in Scranton to investigate a burglary and theft of personal property.

A deputy was unable to locate a reported trailer that was parked off the roadway on 170th Street near P Avenue. The trailer had been repaired and moved before the deputy’s arrival.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
