Perry High School has announced plans for their annual Coaches vs. Cancer Night.
The “Together, we can save lives” event will take place February 5th as the Bluejays and Jayettes take on Winterset.
The evening’s activities will include a “Whiteout to Block-Out Cancer” where both schools are encouraged to dress in white, a Wall of Remembrance, special speakers, a dinner, moment of silence and special t-shirts.
Coaches vs. Cancer is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches that aims to make a difference in the fight against cancer through education and fundraising.
