The sale of a former Cargill facility in Panora will close later this month.

Midwest Partnership Executive Director Sarah Gomez says Nutriom LLC will take ownership and begin renovating the property on January 29th.

Although originally slated to only be an egg-processing plant, Nutriom has decided to also implement processing of kale, tomatoes, algae and more.

Additionally, former Panora Cargill Manager Kirby Klinge has been hired by Nutriom to help lead the new facility.
