The West Central Valley School District Board of Directors met Wednesday night. The Board showed concern over their 2015/16 school year certified student count, which reflects 72 students recently graduating in the class of 2015 and only 49 kindergartners entering the District this year. Additional student attrition was due to students open enrolling out of the District. The District has until the end of the month to double check the figures on their certified enrollment.
Additionally, the Board set the time and date for the 2016 graduation ceremony to take place Saturday, May 21st at the high school at 11 a.m.. Plus, the Board is still seeking bids for snow removal at the Dexter and Redfield schools.
