A deputy was advised of a suspicious vehicle in Henderson Park with the driver sleeping in the truck. The vehicle was no longer in the park upon the deputy’s arrival.

The Chief Deputy Sheriff will be charging Brenden Robert Patterson 18, of Boone, for Criminal Mischief to the restroom at the Greene County Law Enforcement Center.

A deputy was asked to check the welfare and possible location of a Grand Junction resident that had not been heard from for several days.

A deputy was advised of an erratic and careless driver entering Greene County from Boone County. The vehicle was located and stopped by the deputy and the driver was spoken too about her driving actions and a speeding citation was issued.

A deputy was dispatched for the report of cattle along the roadway near L Avenue and 180th Street. The owner was notified of the situation.

A deputy was advised of a vehicle with several persons standing around the van on Highway 4, North of Jefferson. The van was not at that location upon the deputy’s arrival.

A deputy was advised of the theft of fuel from a business in Scranton.

A deputy was dispatched to the 800 block of Percival Street in Grand Junction to investigate criminal mischief and vandalism to a vehicle.

A deputy was dispatched to check the welfare of a resident in the 300 block of South Paton Street in Paton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
