The West Central Valley boys Cross Country team is still running hard mid season. Head Coach Michael Vokes says the team is rallying behind a young leader in sophomore Rylen Heffernan. “With Rylen, he’s one of those kids that’s all heart. He has a lot of competitive juices flowing through him and expects a lot out of himself and really kind of drives the team that way.”

The Wildcats run again this afternoon at the Menlo 5×80 Golf Course.
