Funeral services for Don Franey, 71, of Jefferson will be held at 11 am on Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson with burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery west of Churdan. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Friday at the Brown Funeral Home in Jefferson. A public Elks Memorial Service will be held at 7 PM at the funeral home. In lien of flowers, memorials are requested for the family’s discretion.

Survivors include his wife, Jill, children; Andrea and Anthony Franey, both of Fort Worth, TX.
