The Perry Chamber invites everyone out to help celebrate a local mobile restaurant this week.

Executive Director Bob Wilson says a long awaited ribbon cutting at Absolutely Delicious will take place Thursday morning,

“At 11:30am, come to the city parking lot, get yourself in a picture, welcome Mo to the community, thank him for being here and for all the great food.  We’re going to talk a little  bit about what they offer and all the fun things going on with Mo’s Gyros.  This is a great amenity.  Food trucks are so hip right now, so popular all across the county.  Perry is ahead of the game.  We’re up to four (food trucks) right now.  Let’s support it, it’s like a use it or lose it kind of thing.  We want all these people to be patronized by our great citizens.”

The truck operates in the city parking lot Tuesday through Sunday from 11am-8pm.
