A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th near S Avenue. The deputy was not able to locate the vehicle.

The Chief Deputy arrested Ricardo Rodriguez of Jefferson for public intoxication 3rd offense at the Law Enforcement Center.

A deputy investigated a report of a suspected stolen bicycle in the 400 block of 11th Street in Grand Junction.

Jesse Summerfield of Dow City, Iowa was booked into the county jail for a probation violation and was later released after he posted bond.

James Eberle of Jefferson was booked into the county jail for disorderly conduct.

A deputy investigated a rollover accident on U Avenue and 215th Street. Juan Romero of Omaha, Nebraska was traveling southbound on U Avenue and lost control of his vehicle and rolled the White 2010 Ford Transit Van 3 to 4 times totaling the vehicle. Juan was transported to the Greene County Medical Center by Grand Junction Rescue. Grand Junction Fire was also on the scene. Juan had minor injuries from the accident and was cited for Failure to maintain Control.

A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on highway 4. The deputy was unable to locate the reported vehicle.

A deputy was called to investigate a car deer accident in the 900 block of 215th Street.  The Iowa State Patrol covered the accident.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
