The City of Panora is wanting to contact all citizens who received uninsured damages from this week’s storms. City Administrator Lisa Grossman says if they find enough qualifying residents with uninsured damages, they will make an application to the state for a disaster declaration. If the declaration is received, residents can make an application to the Iowa Disaster Assistance program to help fund repair costs.
