Panorama Diamond Sports began a year ago as a pipe dream for directors Ryan Nail, Lynnea Anderson and Dave Kemble. Today, the state of the art facility offers a variety of services for Guthrie County’s baseball and softball athletes to stay on top of their game year round. To find a similar facility, consumers have to drive nearly 40 miles to Urbandale. Nail says with Panorama Diamond Sports being a nonprofit organization, nobody is going to make any money from it, he just wanted to provide high quality equipment to local athletes. “Inside we’ve got three hitting or throwing cages, whatever you’re wanting to do. We’ve got one 65 foot cage and two 45 foot cages. They both have turf on the ground to make it a comfortable material to stand on and hit on. We’ve got tees and hitting machines and things like that inside.”
