West Central Valley High School has been chosen as a district playoff site for the Class 2-A postseason next month. Although the stands will likely be full for playoff games on July 11th, 14th and 18th, Activities Director Tod Broman says the tournament isn’t so lucrative for the district, but it does have its benefits. “We just get maybe 20% of the gate receipts and the booster club gets all of the concession sales. So, it’s not a big moneymaker, but it’s good public relations to have a postseason tournament.”
Both West Central Valley and Panorama will be playing in the district hosted in Stuart.
