The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet today. Engineer Josh Sebern will award contracts for rock and gravel hauls and will present the Department of Transportation’s budget amendment. United States Senator Joni Ernst’s staff member Halley Smith will then present ways in which Guthrie County constituents can connect with Ernst. Finally, Sheriff Marty Arganbright will discuss the proposed 28E agreement for the County to provide law enforcement to the City of Guthrie Center.  Dallas County Sheriff Chad Leonard and Cass County Sheriff Darby McLaren will tell the Supervisors how well 28E agreements work in their jurisdictions. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. inside of the Guthrie County Courthouse.
