The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office has cited three young males for trespassing. Deputies originally responded to a report of a suspected burglary at West Central Co-Op on the night of May 8th. Upon a deputy’s arrival, the suspects were gone. After investigation, law enforcement located the individuals in the Casey cemetery. They then fled on foot. All subjects were identified and charges were subsequently filed. Two Guthrie Center juvenile males were cited into juvenile court on two counts of Trespassing and Interference with Official Acts. 18 year old Nathan Harrison, of Casey, was cited for Interference of Official Acts and two counts of Trespassing. The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Stuart Police Department and the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
