The Clarmond County Club near Clarion is the site of Greene County’s Class 3A girls’ golf Regional tournament today. Clarion-Goldfield is hosting Greene County, Clear Lake, Estherville-Lincoln Central, Forest City, Garner-Hayfield-Ventura, Pocahontas Area, and Southeast Valley (Gowrie).

Heath Telleen is completing his first season coaching girls’ golf after a decade on the boys’ side. “I’m really pleased with the progress the girls have made and I’m excited to see how they do on an unfamiliar course. There will be some good teams there, but I know our girls will do the best they can. It’s really been a pleasure to coach them this season.”
