Tiffany Amber McCormick, age 33 of 2916 Cottage Grove Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of contempt.
Venea Spencer of Dallas Center was traveling east in the 33000 block of 190th St., when her vehicle was struck on the driver’s side by a vehicle driven by Clayton Bird of Milo. Bird was pulling an implement that crossed the center line striking Spencer’s vehicle. Spencer was taken to Methodist West Hospital by Dallas County EMS. Bird was issued citations.
