Perry senior Scott James took part in the Annual Drake Relays during the high school’s opening day competition.  James was Perry’s lone representative and cleared 6-1 in the high jump.  James cleared the opening height of 6-1 but missed his following 3 tries at 6-3.  He finished in a tie for 20th place.   The senior Bluejay will join the rest of his team next week when the outdoor season continues for Perry.
